A new way to pay for your dental treatment |
| Here's how it works: After seeing your dentist, you and your dentist's financial coordinator make arrangements for the amount and the frequency of your payments. Then PRIDEDirect transfers funds electronically from your savings or checking account to your dental office for the amount you've agreed to pay at the times you've specified. |

| You and your dental office choose the payment terms that fit your budget. We let you choose. |

| You can make payments once a month, or divide up your monthly amount into two, three or four smaller payments, whatever is most convenient for you. |

| Unlike credit cards or loans, PRIDEDirect never charges you intrest. |

How much does PRIDEDirect cost? |
| There's only one simple
fee, and that's $2.50 each time we debit your account to make a payment
on your behalf.*
*There is a $10 charge for insufficient funds. Should this occur 3 times within a year, you will need to make other arrangements for paying your dental bill. |

No penalties for early pay-off |
| Simply notify your dental office that you want to pay off your balance, and your dentist will contact us. We'll cancel the rest of your scheduled payments without penalty to you. Just give us two business days' notice. |

Insufficient funds? We can help |
| We know that you take your financial obligations seriously. However, unforeseeable circumstances do sometimes arise. If you will not have funds in your account to cover a scheduled payment, notify your dental office at least two business days in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate a change in your payment plan. |
